I have had such wonderful feedback lately.   It has made me really aware what a great choice I made when I decided to be an artist and I look back over the years with a profound sense of gratitude, despite the difficult times.

I think it was decided FOR me....I have degrees in two different fields, neither of them related to art.  I sat in a job interview for a position in my graduate field and declared "I see myself painting by the ocean."  

I had no idea where that came from.....

But I have been doing just that for over 30 years.   I learned to paint in an Art Ministry in Kansas City, and I have learned from many others since then.  I have made many friends and collectors and I count my blessings for all of you!   

Thanks for the kind words as well...it keeps me painting!
